If you submit a sighting report through this site, we collect only the information you provide in the form. This may include your name, email address, phone number, details about the sighting (county, species, severity, location details), photos you attach, and your device location if you choose to share it. All of these fields are optional except where marked required on the form.
Report information is stored privately and is used only to review and manage sighting reports. It is not published on this website, shared with third parties, or used for any other purpose. If you would like a report you submitted to be deleted, please contact us.
Information Processing
Standard technical request data may be processed by infrastructure providers (such as hosting, content delivery network, and security services) to deliver and protect the website.
